Main characters | 1- Plate heat exchanger to sterilize the product. 2- Sterilization temperature is designed according to the product processing technology and the highest temp is up to 137℃(ultra-high temperature-UHT). 3- Holding time,sterilizing temperature and outlet temperature are all precisely controlled. It can be connected with any type filling machine (aseptic, general hot filling or other type) which is depending on the product’s processing flow. 4- If the sterilizing temperature is not up to or some problem happen to the filler, the product will automatically return. 5- Heating medium is steam. 6- Plate and productpipeline are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel. 7- It has theadvantages of compact structure, high heat exchange efficiency, flexible process design, wide application, simple operation and maintenance, etc. |
