Highlights at a glance

1- Mainly consist of aseptic filling system, volumetric system, roller conveying system, PLC control system, online label printing system (optional) and operation platform, etc.

2- Sterilize the cap & spout of the bag and the filling chamber by means of steam spraying when running; put the bag into the two clamps by hands; then to open the cap, fill and seal are all finished in the aseptic filling chamber and the whole operation is automatic and controlled by PLC system.

3- CIP and auto SIP available together with the front UHT aseptic sterilizer.

4- Full auto. PLC control system, human machine interface (English/Chinese)operation and manual buttons as standby so as to online monitor and control the whole system's running.

5- Can be used for different spout structure aseptic bag as per customer's requirements with customized design on the filling head.
