PROPERTIES:
-It is by product of tomato paste processing and contains a lot of protein, oil, Ca, P and other nutrients, particularly the lycopene up to 10~30mg/100g.
-Used as very good source for animal feed as well as extracting lycopene or other essences for food, chemistry or biology industries.
-Two types, wet or dry. The dry pomace is suitable for storage and long distance transportation. The package is big plastic bag as normally.
